Asciana is a revolutionary new health and fitness app. Our core belief is that the four pillars of wellbeing (psychology, exercise, sleep and nutrition) are interlinked and if we want to improve one we must improve the others.

Changing adult behaviour is difficult. Using a powerful combination of technology, psychology and entertainment Asciana empowers the user to take a journey of self actualisation and improve all aspects of their wellbeing. We embrace peoples differences. We understand that no two journey’s will be the same and that people have different wellbeing requirements. Our app tailors the experience to your needs.

With Asciana you’ll have access to the following features:

- Food logging with over 1,000,000 items of food from restaurants and grocery stores in our database
- Set your target weight and track progress towards your goal
- An activity logger where you can log your activity and have your recommended calories adjusted
- A sleep tracker where you can log the length and quality of your sleep
- In the psychology pillar we ask you to choose your purpose and log each day what you have done to move towards your goal


In order to make the experience as entertaining we have woven in elements from the gaming world. This adds to the narrative element of your journey and encourages you to return on a daily basis.
